Picture this: A woman discovered that her boyfriend cheated on her and she came to conclusion that it’s just what guys do. She told herself that it’s okay that he cheated because all guys are like that.

That is comparable to me saying that I make everyone leave and that is why people always leave my life. I used to believe that until I realized it isn’t even true. I did not make people leave my life, God was the one who put the people who left on a different path and made me so much stronger than I was before. God has given me so much and He knew exactly what He was doing when He made people leave my life.

So, to say that all guys cheat, I get it. When something like that happens to a person, they try to accept the fact that it’s okay, which that makes them settle for less than what they truly deserve!

Guys who cheat aren’t Men, nor gentlemen.

If this happened to you before, I want you to know that there is someone so much better out there for you and that person was created just for you.

It honestly amazes me that God has someone in mind for us ever since He created us. God was thinking about us even when He created our future spouse.

I know the breakups and cheating hurts, I know it hurts you, but please don’t settle by thinking all men are like that because they aren’t. Every single thing you have gone through just means that you’re so much closer to finding the person God created for you. You have to have hope that there is someone out there that God created for you. Don’t settle for anything less than you deserve, having high standards is a must!

Each of us needs to know our worth and we must find our worth through God.

Before we get in a relationship, we need to find God first and build a relationship with Him first before anyone else.

“A woman’s heart should be so hidden in God that a man has to seek Him just to find her.” -Max Lucado

I love this quote so much by Max Lucado!

I truly believe that in order to find who we are meant to be with, we have to find God first.

All of the waiting you have been doing is going to be so worth it!

Wait in knowing that God will give you someone so much better who will be so much more than what you have prayed for.

Wait in knowing that it will all be worth it.

Even if you are in a relationship right now, look for the red flags and if you see one, leave.

You deserve so much more.

You deserve to be treated better.

You deserve to find the right person that God made just for you.

You were created for more.

There is someone who died for you because He loves you.

Find someone who will give their all for you and loves God just as much as you do.

That person is out there.

Start praying for your future spouse and watch God do His thing! He is listening. He knows exactly what you want and He will give you so much than you have prayed for in return.

You are worth it, remember that.

You are worth so much to God.

He created you in His image.

Us women were the last to be created by God and we were created from Adam’s rib.

You weren’t created to settle for less.

I pray you soon come to terms with the fact that all guys aren’t the same.

It’s just like us – we weren’t created to be a copy of someone else; we were created to be unique. Our bodies are different – they don’t all look the same. We all have different characteristics that make us unique. We all have different personalities and talents. There is no one on the planet that is just like you because God didn’t create us to be identical as someone else.

God spent so much time and effort creating who you are and He spent so much time creating the person you have always been meant to be with.

You are worth that much to God. I pray that you one day see your worth in God’s eyes and know that you were made for greatness. I pray you one day realize that you are not going to settle for less. You are going to strive for what you truly deserve. One day. One day you will know exactly what your heart wants and you will know when you have found the person God created just for you. You will know.

I pray that those who are reading this, who feel broken, and believe that all guys are the same or are hurting right now to find their worth in God. I pray that each of you find the person God created just for you ever since you were born. There is someone out there just for you and God will reveal them to you soon. Trust the process, the wait is going to be so worth it! I pray that you keep on praying for someone to come into your life and please don’t lose up. Don’t settle!!

“God has perfect timing, never early, never late. It takes a little patience and a lot of faith. But, it’s always worth the wait.”

When you find the time, please listen to “Somebody Tell Them” by City Harbor

“You can see it on the TV
Or in the middle of a crowded room
There’s a sea of broken hearts, that are longing
To be washed away by an ocean of truth

Somebody tell them that the lost are saved
Somebody tell them that their debt’s been paid
And let them know love is calling out their names
Somebody tell them, they’re the child of the king
And there is an end to this suffering
And hope that never fades through grace that’s made a way
Somebody tell them, somebody tell them now
Oh somebody tell them, somebody tell them now”

On July 20, we started the Fix Your Eyes On Jesus: Devotions From Time of Grace on the Bible App and you can catch up here!

I added a new page to this blog and I encourage all of you to check it out! For those of you who are new here, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in December of 2019. I have been documenting everything that I have been through and experienced – from discussing my symptoms before I knew what was wrong, all the way to what I am doing now to help my body. My goal is to balance my hormones naturally without taking birth control. I want to give other women with PCOS hope that birth control isn’t the only option. All of the details about My PCOS journey Pinterest board can be found here.

  1. Absolutely positively awesome post!!

If a man doesn’t always look at you like you’re the most beautiful, most gorgeous thing he’s ever seen, chances are you’re not.

It’s my hope and my encouraging, my challenge that women are so strong in Christ that they’re strong enough to be discerning and understanding enough to walk away from men who don’t love them.

I’ve known so many beautiful women who’ve painfully held on to bad relationships and it changed them and ruined them. And I’ve been in the situation myself. Desperacy is worse than loneliness.

    Please stay strong Kylie!

      1. I was just saying in general. I never want you to end up in a bad relationship. You’re worth far more than you realize! And I realize that you realize a lot!

      2. Well, just in case, if you ever need, your brother is a decent listener and is very honest about guyisms. So if you ever needed to talk….

  2. AMEN!!! All men are NOT the same. I try many times to encourage my mom and sis about this. I find them at times saying that. God wants us to think differently now that we are in Him and as you rightly said to find our worth in Him. ❤ we need to see ourselves through the eyes of God. He's so awesome and loves us a lot and also wants the best for us as I always say while encouraging both men & women. Great post! I have been blessed by every word. Blessings sis! Keep up the great work for the kingdom of Light!
