Getting back to blogging honestly feels so good and I have missed all of you!
In case you missed it, I explained in this blog post about why I decided to take a break from blogging. I took the entire month of October off to focus more on family and myself.
Before taking this break, I felt like I was in this cycle of creating graphics, write the blog posts, schedule them, find time to post the graphics on all social media (Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook) and repeat. It was draining at times and I would spend so much time focusing on creating graphics and writing and less time focusing on spending time with those around me.
I even took breaks from being on social media along with posting content on my social media platforms. My mental health needed this break so much!
Don’t get me wrong, I love inspiring y’all and helping each and every one of you that I possibly can, but there are times where I need to focus on taking care of myself and spending more time with my family.
I have so many topics I want to talk to y’all about and some of it are about what I have learned this year… all of it has been so eye opening to me, especially the documentary on Netflix called, The Social Dilemma. Hint: it’s about social media taking control of us. If you haven’t watched it, you definitely need to!
An update on where I’m at with my PCOS Journey will also be coming soon – I will be explaining why I stopped taking inositol and I will be getting more blood work done soon to recheck my hormone levels and other things. I have been making my health a priority and so should you when it comes to your health. No one can ever take care of your body except for you. If you see something strange on your body or you feel like your body is trying to tell you something, please make an appointment to see a Doctor.
I’m so happy to be back on the blog and I’m still so thankful that y’all have been so understanding! I have so many ideas for the Kylie’s Corner & More blog and it includes making more designs to put on t-shirts and mugs for the Live Your Faith store!
How have you been? How’s your mental health? Let me know in the comments of this blog post because I want to know how you are doing! If you have any topics you want to see on the blog, please feel free to also put any suggestions in the comment section and I will see what I can do!
I love the Kylie’s Corner & More family so much.
